I have been selling real estate in Metro Vancouver for the past 21 years and have been a life-time resident of both Burnaby & Coquitlam. Being a native Vancouverite gives me in-depth knowledge of the entire area. The major areas that I service are Burnaby, New Westminster, the Tri-Cities (Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam & Port Moody), East Vancouver plus Downtown. I have sold in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Surrey, South Surrey/White Rock, Langley, Walnut Grove, Cloverdale, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, North Vancouver, Lions Bay plus the Westside of Vancouver as well, throughout my sales career. Having been with Park Georgia Realty Ltd. for over 15 years, I am consistently in the top 10 in an office of over 120 realtors.
Providing Personalized Service is the key to Phyllis success . . .
During my 20+ years of selling residential real estate, I attribute my success to being able to listen well to my clients and by doing so I am able to establish my client's wants and needs, therefore enabling me to find the home just right for them. By listening I am also able to determine the motivation of sellers, and tailor a marketing plan just right for them, as well to price properties to get them a higher sale price than many other realtors would undertake doing. I also present listings so that the home is in the right condition for a quick sale which enables the seller to obtain an optimum price & less time on the market so they can get back to living their life with less disruption.
Professionalism leads the way with Phyllis . . .
Keeping up to date with current issues via on going education, as well as being a full time professional has also attributed to my success.
Technology Leads the Way . . .
Phyllis is also a firm believer in the use of technology to aid her in her work as a real estate salesperson. Phyllis is actively using the internet, both for promotion of products which she has listed for sale, and as well as for communication and information and education. The Internet has proven to be a very valuable tool. Phyllis also is available by cellular phone, both with an 1 - 888 number and local number, iPhone, e-maill, text messaging & iMessage . These tools are the backbone of our industry. The use of scanners with email has made it easier to deal with clients world-wide & now with electronic signatures & the cloud, selling & buying has never been easier. Buyers and Sellers alike have the priviledge of using my Virtual Office Website (VOW) which is available through this website and is leading edge technology for those clients who wish to do searches and monitor areas and product they are interested in. This allows them to go in on their own time and create profiles for themselves, and manage their own interests. One advantage to becoming a member is that any new listings which get listed on the MLS system show up on my website anywhere from 24 to 48 hours before they become available on the public websites.
